1. Cancellation of Orders:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 35% of the total order value to cover processing and customization costs.

2. Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects:

  • If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • We will arrange an inspection, and if defects are confirmed, we will offer a replacement.

3. Returns for Non-Defective Items:

  • Returns for non-defective items are generally not accepted due to the customized nature of our German kitchens.
  • Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss your situation.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is approved.
  • Cancellation fees and return shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly review and confirm all specifications before placing your order to prevent any discrepancies.
  • Ensure that someone is present to receive and inspect the delivered items upon arrival.
  • Report any issues promptly to our customer service team.

6. Customized Orders:

  • Customized or made-to-order German kitchens are non-refundable unless there are manufacturing defects.
  • We encourage detailed communication during the customization process to ensure accuracy.

7. Delivery and Installation:

  • Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

8. Damaged Items During Transit:

  • Report any damages to delivered items immediately upon receipt.
  • Document damages with photographs and contact our customer service team for further assistance.
